Oppenheimer star Emma Dumont has come out as trans masculine and non-binary.
The 30-year-old star has revealed the news via a spokesperson and shared the name their family is calling them.
They have also changed their pronouns on the social media app from ‘she/her’ to ‘they/them’.
The spokesperson told TMZ: ‘They identify as a trans masculine non-binary person,’.
Adding: ‘Their work name is still going to be Emma Dumont, but they will go by Nick with friends and family.’

The 30-year-old has not made a statement publicly about the transition, despite changing their name and pronouns.
Their latest post on the app shows a more masculine presenting person, compared to previous hyper glam, feminine red-carpet looks:
Dumont played Oppenheimer’s sister-in-law, Jackie, in the hit film, released in 2023, alongside Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon and Florence Pugh.
The Christopher Nolan film was a huge success, winning multiple Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Actor for Cillian Murphy.
