Blake Lively’s Flirty Texts To Justin Baldoni Leaked And They Could Change Entire Lawsuit

Blake Lively’s ‘flirty texts’ to co-star Justin Baldoni have been leaked and they could change the entire lawsuit.

The actors starred in It Ends With Us over the summer but the release was altered by rumors that there was drama between them.

The novel by Colleen Hoover was released in 2016 with the film hitting the silver screen in August. However, fans were quick to notice that the pair did little to no press together.

Since, both Lively and Baldoni have filed lawsuits against the other. Lively claimed the director sexually harassed her on set. Baldoni countersued for an impressive $400 million in a defamation lawsuit.

Now, text messages between the pair have been leaked from May 2023.

According to his legal team, during that time, the pair were in constant communication “share[ing] stories and pictures from their lives, commiserat[ing] over family illnesses and exchange[ing] jokes and memes,”.

“It’s such a good feeling to get work done that we’re proud of. And to do it together,” Lively, 37, wrote in one text.

“It just clicks when we find it. And that’s just as rewarding as filming it. Or editing it. Or marketing it. Or releasing it. This is all story telling. This is why we do it.”

She went on to say she was “really proud of what [they’re] doing.”

To which Baldoni replied  “I like sentimental blake,” to which she sent back, “Never met her.”

Baldoni added to the bit, writing, “I also like a**hole Blake… don’t worry.”

The mother of four responded “I’ve met her. So have my suppositories.”

She went on, writing via email “I’m excited to start tomorrow. But it’s only one piece of the journey. We started months ago,”.

“Thank you for caring so much and for putting every bit of you into showing it,” she added.

Baldoni responded: “I’m not going to tell you that you were amazing because you tease me for being so sentimental – but you were amazing today,” he texted on May 23, 2023.

Lively responded “Thank you I do appreciate it. I’m just a ball buster but it means a lot to me. I care a great deal. And always want to deliver,”.

“You were terrific. I’m proud of everything we did today, but really every day,” she concluded.

A 10-minute video was previously released by Baldoni’s legal team of the the co-stars being flirty on the set of the film. The father of two has vowed to release all communication with Lively in order to prove his innocence.

Lively’s legal team said: “Justin Baldoni and his lawyer may hope that this latest stunt will get ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but the video itself is damning,”

The legal team argued that “the released footage corroborates” their clients allegations of sexual harassment.

“The video shows Mr. Baldoni repeatedly leaning in toward Ms. Lively, attempting to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck, flicking her lip with his thumb, caressing her, telling her how good she smells, and talking with her out of character,” the statement continued.

“Every moment of this was improvised by Mr. Baldoni with no discussion or consent in advance, and no intimacy coordinator present.  Mr. Baldoni was not only Ms. Lively’s co-star, but the director, the head of studio and Ms. Lively’s boss.”

Lively’s team said she was “leaning away and repeatedly asking” Baldoni for their characters to “just talk” rather than being intimate.

“Any woman who has been inappropriately touched in the workplace will recognize Ms. Lively’s discomfort. They will recognize her attempts at levity to try to deflect the unwanted touching,” they said.

“It is also a continuation of their harassment and retaliatory campaign,” the legal team continued, describing Baldoni’s actions as “manufactured media stunts.”

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freeman released the unedited footage of the pair slow dancing in a bar.

“The scene in question was designed to show the two characters falling in love and longing to be close to one another,” Freedman said.

“Both actors are clearly behaving well within the scope of the scene and with mutual respect and professionalism.”

The clip showed both actors holding the other close while talking about their partners, Ryan Reynolds and Emily Baldoni.

Playing into his role as Ryle, Baldoni kissed Lively’s neck while Lively said it would be “more romantic” for the characters to talk. Lively joked that she felt “so nosey” while Justin responded “I know. And my nose is so big.”

“Yes. I was hoping we could address this. It’s not too late,” Lively responded, making a joke about Baldoni getting a nose job.

Lively filed a lawsuit claiming that her co-star attempted to start a smear campaign against her, claiming that his actions have caused  ‘severe emotional distress’ for herself and her family.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, shared that the lawsuit is full of ‘categorically false accusations’.

It alleged that a meeting was held with her husband, Ryan Reynolds in attendance, while things were in production to talk about the 37-year-olds demands for working on the film. Some of which included: “No more showing n*de videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni’s alleged previous ‘p**nography addiction,’ no more discussions about s*xual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew’s g**italia, no more inquiries about Blake’s weight, and no further mention of Blake’s dead father.”

She also allegedly demanded that Baldoni did not add more  ‘s*x scenes, or*l s*x or on camera clim*xing’ to the film.

Sony Pictures approved this request, according to the complaint.

Lively also accused her co-star of ‘social manipulation’ and starting a campaign with the intent to ‘destroy’ her reputation.

The mom-of-four alleged that Baldoni added “improvised gratuitous s*xual content and/or scenes involving nudity into the film (including for an underage character) in highly unsettling ways,” as reported.

These changes were “a scene in which Lily Bloom was to org*sm on-camera”as well as a “detailed scene” of the younger version of Lively’s character losing her virginity. A scene which was not in the book but that Baldoni wanted to add.

Lively “objected to these additions,” but Baldoni insisted on the scenes, claiming it was important to portray the story “through the female gaze,” per the complaint.

Though the actor ultimately agreed to remove the scenes, he ended up adding another depicting a simultaneous org*sm between Lily and Ryle (Baldoni’s character) on their wedding night, saying that it was “important to him because he and his partner climax simultaneously during intercourse”.

Baldoni “intrusively asked” Lively if she and her husband also “climax simultaneously during intercourse” – a question that the actress thought was invasive and declined to answer.

Freedman shared a statement: “It is shameful that Ms. Lively and her representatives would make such serious and categorically false accusations against Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and its representatives, as yet another desperate attempt to ‘fix’ her negative reputation which was garnered from her own remarks and actions during the campaign for the film; interviews and press activities that were observed publicly, in real time and unedited, which allowed for the internet to generate their own views and opinions.”

“Wayfarer Studios made the decision to proactively hire a crisis manager prior to the marketing campaign of the film, to work alongside their own representative with Jonesworks employed by Stephanie Jones, due to the multiple demands and threats made by Ms.

Lively during production which included her threatening to not showing up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release, if her demands were not met. It was also discovered that Ms.

Lively enlisted her own representative, Leslie Sloan with Vision PR, who also represents Mr. Reynolds, to plant negative and completely fabricated and false stories with media, even prior to any marketing had commenced for the film, which was another reason why Wayfarer Studios made the decision to hire a crisis professional to commence internal scenario planning in the case they needed to address.”

Lively also shared a statement: “I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted.”

Baldoni has now been named as one of the 10 plaintiffs in a new $250 million lawsuit that has been filed on New Year’s Eve which accused The New York Times of libel, false light invasion of privacy, promissory fraud and breach of implied-in-fact contract relating to a headline from December, titled: “‘We Can Bury Anyone’: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine.”

In the article, Baldoni allegedly ‘repeatedly entered [Lively’s] makeup trailer uninvited while she was undressed, including when she was breastfeeding’.

Baldoni’s legal team has now alleged texts from Lively showing she invited him in, while she was breastfeeding.

The text reads ‘I’m just pumping in the my trailer if you wanna work out our lines’ to which Baldoni responds ‘copy Eating with crew and will head that way’. To which Lively responds ‘Take your time’. See below:

Baldoni’s legal team have argued that this conversation disregards her claims as she is inviting the actor in and also shows her ‘comfort’ with the actor.

The lawsuit adds that Lively “was so close and comfortable with Baldoni that she freely breastfed in front of him during meetings” and even took photos of him holding and soothing her new baby.

“They laughed deliriously during late-night writing sessions,” the lawsuit claims. “All of these events took place after the alleged sexual harassment. Lively’s accusations seemed to come out of the blue.”

Bryan Freedman defended his client, saying: “What you’re starting to see is a complete turnaround in the story. People will be questioning whether this is truthful or not.”

“When Blake Lively says she was sexually harassed, because Justin Baldoni went into her trailer whilst she was breastfeeding, what she failed to talk about is the invitation she sent in a text message.

“It’s right there in a text message. [The New York Times] will have reviewed a thousand pages, why didn’t they find that one?”

Now, Baldoni has released a 3am voice message he left for his co-star. The 7 minute apology includes: “I’m really sorry. I f***ed up. I will admit and apologize when I fail. I’m a very flawed man, as my wife will attest.”

“I’m gonna p*ss you off, probably, but I will always apologize and find my way back to center. I’m sorry I made you feel that way. I will, for sure, do better.”
